Mixed bidding results which saw different categories went different direction in premium

The seconding COE bidding result for August '2018 ended in split results which saw Cat B & C premium increases whereas Cat A and D saw and decrease in the premium. The cat E premium rebound back from previous bidding results which saw and upward increase of $348.
